WHAT DATES IS YOUR RETREAT RUNNING?
Our next available retreat will be running from 10 – 15 July 2017.
Please note that our first retreat running from 1 – 6 May has sold out.
How many people are going to be on the retreat?
There is a maximum capacity of twelve people per retreat, plus Dani and her side kick to ensure everything runs smoothly!
HOW DO i GET TO BALI? WILL YOU HELP US WITH OUR FLIGHT BOOKINGS?
There are sooo many airlines that fly in and out of Denpasar and there are loads of flight specials happening all the time. We recommend you book through a reputable travel agent or direct through an airline. Unfortunately we don’t offer assistance with flight bookings, but we don’t think you’ll need it.
We also highly recommend travel insurance.
WILL MY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS BE CATERED FOR?
Absolutely! The whole food and largely organic menu available at the retreat caters for vegetarians, vegans, paleo, celiacs. We can even send you a menu if you need to see what options are available to you.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand things change and if you need to cancel that’s OK. We won’t be able to refund your $500 deposit, but we can refund partial payments depending on when you cancel your booking. Please see terms and conditions below.
Can I bring my child with me?
Are you crazy? No seriously, we are only allowing people 18 plus on this retreat. If your child is over 18, then sure!
Is Bali safe?
We will take every precaution to ensure your safety on this trip. We will pick you up and drop you off from the airport and you will always be travelling with a group outside of the resort. The resort itself is super safe and has security. You will be in your own private room where there is a lockable safe for your passport etc. We will also keep you updated with any travel warnings in the area.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
‘Cancellation’ is defined as not attending your Wholehearted Wellness Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. ‘You’ refers to the guest booking a Wholehearted Wellness Retreat. ‘We’ refers to Wholehearted Wellness Retreat . It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.
To secure your place, a $500 non refundable deposit is required, with the balance owing 3 months (90 days) prior to the start date of the retreat.
Guest Cancellation Policy
The Wholehearted Wellness Retreat does not offer refunds for any reason, this is due to the prepaid nature that we must adhere to in Bali. However we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. If another retreat does run in future, you can also transfer a portion of your credit to another retreat.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:
- Your $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking is not refundable for any reason
- If you cancel 60 – 90 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be transferred to another person or applied to another Wholehearted Wellness Retreat (if operating in future). Therefore you will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat
- If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be transferred to another person or applied to another Wholehearted Wellness Retreat (if operating in future). Therefore you will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat
- If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, this is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.
You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to the retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so, may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.
THE WHOLHEARTED WELLNESS RETREAT Cancellation Policy
If The Wholehearted Wellness Retreat cancels or changes a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat (if operating in future), or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement.
The Wholehearted Wellness Retreat is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
