Having travelled to Sri Lanka twice before, Dani fell in love with this charming country and its delicious, fragrant food straight away. It’s in Dani’s top 3 destinations for food in the world and she is an expert in cooking Sri Lankan cuisine – you might remember Dani cooking Sri Lankan curries for His Holiness, The Dalai Lama on MasterChef (and she won!).
Dani is the Chief Taste Guru running Eat It Up Creative Food Consultancy where she works with values aligned food related business. Dani loves adventure travel, learning and tasting new things and helping people live their best life.
